Extremely pleased with the chair and stool, even better than it looks online.
It is as good as it looks for comfort, fell asleep in the chair on the first night since receiving and assembling it. The customer service team are extremely attentive
and helpful. It seemed as if nothing was too much when I have spoken to them. It was received in very quick time and ahead of their suggestive timeline.
It was a little difficult to put together and I’m sure there is a simple method that is available somewhere, this would be the only suggestion for an improvement I could make.
