Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched Next Working Day. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know.
Delivery is free within England. However, for deliveries to Wales and Scotland, additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us for further details regarding these charges.
Order Delivery
Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched next working day or 10 working days for larger items. All large parcels requiring specialist handling will take approximately 7-14 days. We’ll send you tracking details of your order being dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 6 working days, please reach out to us via email at info@homebella.uk so that we can help. 2 Man Delivery (Large Items): Certain products require a 2 man delivery service due to the nature of the product or size of the product. This has a lead time of approximately 2 weeks. Pricing for this is based on the CBM (cubic metres) of the goods.
Damages:
We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to returns@homebella.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
Any orders cancelled may be subject to additional fees. If your order has been dispatched, you (the buyer) will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. Any refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order. Wasted Delivery Charges The first two delivery attempts are absolutely free*, however any subsequent delivery attempts or any changes made to the order such as re-delivery, change of address or contact details may incur a charge. Please ensure you check your tracking information so that you are aware of when to expect delivery. Charges will be incurred as a result of: - Unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect address / postcode. One-Man Delivery £60.00 Each Way Two-Man Delivery £120.00 Each Way Change of Delivery Address If you need to amend the delivery address once your order has been dispatched there will be a charge of £30.00. Homebella Back Order PolicyAt Homebella, we aim to provide high-quality, in-demand products with transparent communication regarding availability. Back OrdersCertain products may occasionally become out of stock due to high demand. In these cases, customers will be given the option to place a back order to reserve the item from the next available stock allocation. Estimated Lead TimeAll back ordered items are subject to an estimated delivery timeframe of: 4 to 12 weeks This timeframe is an estimate only and may vary depending on supplier availability, production schedules, and shipping conditions. In some cases, orders may arrive earlier than expected. Price GuaranteeWhile we aim to maintain stable pricing, product prices may change during the back order period due to supplier or material cost fluctuations. Customers will always be informed before any changes are applied. Order ConfirmationOnce a back order is placed, the item is reserved for the customer and confirmed by email. Order PolicyAll back orders are final and non-refundable due to the bespoke ordering and stock reservation process with suppliers. Order UpdatesWe will provide updates where possible regarding stock movement and expected dispatch times.
